A total of 3,053 grievance applications were submitted during Prajavani on Friday at the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan, after it was postponed from January 14 due to the Sankranti festival holiday.
Officials reported the highest number of applications for the Indiramma Housing Scheme, with 2,691 submissions. Other applications included 111 for the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development department, 100 for the Electricity department, 55 for revenue-related issues and 96 for various other departments.
Vice-president of the State Planning Commission Dr G Chinnareddy received the applications at the Praja Bhavan.
