This indicates a positive perception of the physical benefits derived from yoga, such as improved flexibility and strength. 88% of participants felt that their flexibility and strength had indeed improved as a result of their yoga practice.

The survey also explored the post-yoga feelings experienced by participants. The majority (55%) reported feeling relaxed after a yoga session, while 27% felt energized and 18% felt rejuvenated. These findings demonstrate the positive impact of yoga on mental well-being and stress reduction.

Regarding the preference for in-person or online yoga sessions, 67% of participants favored in-person sessions conducted at the office or a yoga studio. However, 33% expressed a preference for online sessions that can be accessed remotely. This indicates a growing acceptance and popularity of virtual yoga sessions, providing convenience and flexibility for practitioners.

When asked whether they practice yoga, an overwhelming 95% of respondents answered positively, while 5% indicated they did not engage in yoga practice.
