Mobile Welfare Society complains to Mahesh about Phoenix

Mobile Welfare Society members filed a complaint with TPCC President B. Mahesh Kumar Goud against Phoenix Company saying that it was fabricating false documents and illegally grabbing their lands contrary to the High Court’s ruling.
On Friday, 128 members of the Mobile Society in Gachibowli in  Serilingampalli mandal reached Gandhi Bhavan and complained to Mahesh against the Phoenix Company MD Gopi Krishna and Chottapalli Suresh.
They said that Phoenix Company is illegally grabbing their lands by fabricating documents against the High Court verdict.
They said that the then government had given them land titles in 1991 and that they had been living there since then, but Phoenix Company is creating false documents and grabbing their lands. They requested the TPCC President to do justice regarding this.
