Suhas confident about O Bhama Ayyo Rama after skepticism

Must read

Actor Suhas is now focusing on lead roles and is coming up with a new film titled O Bhama Ayyo Rama. The teaser for the film was released on Monday at an event in Hyderabad. During the event, the actor described the film as a romantic love story. “Initially, I had doubts about doing this film when director Ram Godhala approached me. I had done many films but never a romantic love story, so I expressed my concerns to the director. However, he was full of confidence in me and narrated the story and I liked a few points, especially in the second half,” Suhas said about the film.
The actor also mentioned that while his last few films received good appreciation, they didn’t perform well commercially. “Some of the films received good appreciation, but the execution may not have been up to the mark. I will take care of that in my upcoming films. Additionally, some of my older films released in between, which didn’t perform well,” Suhas added. He is now confident about O Bhama Ayyo Rama.
When asked if he has been losing some roles due to not doing character roles, Suhas responded, “I want to play lead roles and if I get good villain roles, I am ready to do those as well.” The actor is also making his Tamil debut soon. Another film, Uppu Kappurambu, where he stars alongside Keerthy Suresh as the lead, is also in the pipeline. “It will be released in both Tamil and Telugu,” he said.
Malayalam actress Malavika Manoj, known for her role in Joe, plays the female lead in this Telugu film. Directed by Ram Godhala and produced by Harish Nalla under the V Arts banner, the film will be distributed by Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media. The highly anticipated teaser was unveiled on Monday, promising a fun-filled summer release.
Director Ram Godhala expressed his gratitude, saying, “Every filmmaker dreams of seeing their name on the big screen. This dream of mine has come true, thanks to Suhas and producer Harish.”
