Pawan Kalyan rushes to Singapore after son injured in school fire

Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan’s younger son, Mark Shankar, was injured in a fire accident at his school in Singapore. On Tuesday, post his political commitments, Pawan Kalyan rushed to Singapore. Meanwhile, according to a statement released by the Deputy CM’s PR team, Mark Shankar sustained injuries to his hands and legs and suffered from smoke inhalation. He was immediately rushed to the hospital by school authorities and is currently under treatment.
Mark lives in Singapore with his mother Anna, Pawan Kalyan’s wife, along with his sister Polina Anjana. Pawan Kalyan named his son to reflect both his wife’s faith and to honour his elder brother Chiranjeevi, whose birth name is Siva Shankara Vara Prasad. Mark Shankar is 8 years old.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan released an official statement, late Thursday evening, stating that Mark is now recovering well and also expressed his gratitude for all the best wishes.
