Union Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu described Mahanadu as a grand celebration of the TDP’s resurgence and unity. Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha, inspecting the preparations, called it a historic event that would be remembered for generations. Minister for I&PR, Kolusu Parthasarathy, added that Mahanadu transcends party lines to represent Telugu pride and collective progress.
Party spokesperson Jyothsna Tirunagari noted that the event coincides with the birth anniversary of TDP founder N.T. Rama Rao, and serves as an occasion for party members to reflect on achievements and plan the future.
The conclave will begin with registration, a photo exhibition, blood donation camps, and tributes to departed leaders. TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to deliver the inaugural address.
A key feature of this year’s Mahanadu will be the ideological and organisational revamp led by TDP National General Secretary and Minister Nara Lokesh. He will unveil six resolutions outlining a renewed vision for the party focused on performance, dedication, and public service. The launch of the “My TDP” app will offer a digital bridge between the leadership and the grassroots.
The second day will focus on discussions around 14 draft resolutions, including governance, irrigation, decentralised development, education reforms, women and youth empowerment, and inclusive welfare. The final day will feature a massive public rally expected to draw over five lakh attendees, reinforcing public support for Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and the TDP’s roadmap for Andhra Pradesh’s progress.
