YSRCP president and former chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has called for strict action against Education Minister Nara Lokesh over the chaotic handling of the Andhra Pradesh Class 10 (SSC) exam results.
Taking to social media, Jagan blamed the TDP-led government for causing distress to over 6.14 lakh students and their families due to poor administration and lack of transparency.
He highlighted widespread doubts about the accuracy of results following leaks and mismanagement, which have affected students’ chances for admission to IIITs, Gurukula Junior Colleges, and more.
Jagan accused the TDP government of rolling back key educational reforms introduced by the previous YSRCP regime, including initiatives like Nadu-Nedu, Amma Vodi, and English medium education. He demanded free revaluation of answer sheets for all students who seek it.
