The Telangana government has issued a major administrative reshuffle, transferring several IAS officers across departments to enhance governance efficiency. As per G.O.Rt.No.779 dated June 12, 2025, the 33IAS officers have been reassigned.
Chekka Priyanka, IAS (2018) has been transferred and posted as Special Commissioner, I&PR and EO Special Secretary, GA(I&PR) Department, relieving S. Harish, IAS (2015).
Shashank Goel, IAS (1990) has been appointed as Special Chief Secretary to Government and Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi, relieving Gaurav Uppal, IAS (2005).
Navin Mittal, IAS (1996) has been transferred from the Revenue Department to serve as Principal Secretary to Government, Energy Department, relieving Sandeep Kumar Sultania, IAS (1998) from FAC of the post.
N. Sridhar, IAS (1997) has been posted as Principal Secretary to Government, PR & RD, RWS & RSAD Department, relieving Lokesh Kumar D.S., IAS (2003) from FAC of the post. He will continue to hold FAC of Principal Secretary to Government (Mines & Geology), I&C Department. Jyoti Buddha Prakash, IAS (2002) has been transferred to serve as Secretary to Government, SCD Department, replacing N. Sridhar, IAS (1997). He has also been placed in FAC of Secretary to Government, Planning Department and EO DG, Telangana Remote Sensing Applications Centre (TGRAC), relieving Sandeep Kumar Sultania, IAS (1998) from FAC of the post.
Lokesh Kumar D.S., IAS (2003) has been placed in FAC of Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, replacing Navin Mittal, IAS (1996). He has also been placed in FAC of Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA), relieving Navin Mittal, IAS (1996) from FAC of the post. Gaurav Uppal, IAS (2005) has been posted as Secretary to Government, Coordination (GoI Projects & CSS) in Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi.
B. Bharathi Lakpathi Naik, IAS (2006) has been transferred and posted as Secretary, TG Information Commission. Harichandana Dasari, IAS (2010) has been appointed as Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad, replacing Anudeep Durishetty, IAS (2018). Killu Sivakumar Naidu, IAS (2011) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, replacing T. Vinay Krishna Reddy, IAS (2013).
Rajeevgandhi Hanumanthu, IAS (2012) has been transferred from Nizamabad and posted as Special Secretary to Government (Registration & Stamps), Revenue Department, replacing Jyoti Buddha Prakash, IAS (2002). He has also been placed in FAC of Commissioner & IG, Registration & Stamps, Commissioner, SS & LA, and PD, Bhubharathi, relieving Jyoti Buddha Prakash, IAS (2002) from FAC of these posts. T. Vinay Krishna Reddy, IAS (2013) has been posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Nizamabad, replacing Rajeevgandhi Hanumanthu, IAS (2012).

He has also been placed in FAC of Joint Secretary to Government, Revenue (DM) Department, relieving S. Harish, IAS (2015).
Chittem Lakshmi, IAS (2013), who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as Joint Secretary to Government, General Administration Department. K. Hymavathi, IAS (2013) has been transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Siddipet, replacing Mikkilineni Manu Choudary, IAS (2017). Vasam Venkateswar Reddy, IAS (2013) has been transferred and posted as Project Director, AIDS Control Society, replacing K. Hymavathi, IAS (2013). He has also been placed in FAC of Director, Institute of Health & Family Welfare, relieving K. Hymavathi, IAS (2013).
V.P. Gautham, IAS (2014) has been placed in FAC of Secretary to Government, Housing, replacing Jyoti Buddha Prakash, IAS (2002). Gowtham Potru, IAS (2015) has been transferred and posted as Director, P&A, Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). K. Nikhila, IAS (2015) has been transferred and posted as Director, Fisheries, replacing Priyanka Ala, IAS (2016). She has also been placed in FAC of CEO, TGIRD.
Valluru Kranthi, IAS (2016) has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Telangana Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., replacing Nyalakonda Prakash Reddy, IPS (2010). P. Uday Kumar, IAS (2016) has been posted as CEO, Arogyasri Health Care Trust, relieving S. Sangeetha Satyanarayana, IAS (2015) from FAC of the post. He has also been placed in FAC of Special Secretary to Government, PE Department.

Nirmala Kanthi Wesley, IAS (2016) has been posted as Secretary & CEO, Telangana Human Rights Commission, relieving K. Nikhila, IAS (2015) from FAC of the post. She will continue to hold FAC of VC & MD, Telangana Minorities Finance Corporation.
