Rashmika Mandanna has established herself as a leading actress across South Indian cinema and Bollywood. Nicknamed the “National Crush,” she now has several projects lined up.
Beyond films, Rashmika is stepping into the world of business. She shared the announcement via an Instagram video, expressing excitement about her new entrepreneurial journey.
“Today I’m going to be shooting for something very, very important – something you said: this business I’m going to start,” she says in the video, which features her mother. Her mother adds, “You get good when you do good.”
“Mumma is always the first to know…” Rashmika captioned her post. “Her comments are like a wiper clearing the misty glass for a better view of the new road not taken. Gives one a sense of protection, power, and claim. I think it is the right road to take when I have her approval. Love you, ma!”
Rashmika’s most recent film was Kubera, directed by Sekhar Kammula. While she hasn’t revealed details about her business venture yet, her excitement is evident. Career-wise, her female-centric film The Girlfriend is set to release soon. Directed by Rahul Ravindran and presented by Geetha Arts, she also has several Hindi and Tamil films in the pipeline.
