Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of the YSRCP expressed confidence in his party’s supremacy and dismissed the threat posed by the TDP and Jana Sena in the upcoming elections.

During a large public gathering on Friday, the Chief Minister said that the opposition parties, lacking candidates to contest in all 175 constituencies, cannot be compared to the YSRCP, which was founded based on the aspirations of the people.

He stated that the YSRCP’s politics is grounded in the people’s interests, while the TDP and Jana Sena rely on political gimmicks and manipulative campaigns carried out by their supportive media.

The Chief Minister declared that the YSRCP will face the political challenge on its own in the elections scheduled to take place in 10 months.

“I engage in politics for the welfare of the people without depending on support from any other political party, while you pursue power to further your policy of exploitation, with the backing of your adopted son and friendly media,” he criticised the TDP.

The Chief Minister also criticised Pawan Kalyan, the president of Jana Sena, stating that the film star, who had previously served the TDP, is now enjoying his time in his ‘Varahi’ vehicle.

He mocked Pawan Kalyan’s recent statements about entering the Assembly after the next elections, remarking that 15 years after forming his political party, he continues to make unsubstantiated claims.

Furthermore, the Chief Minister ridiculed Chandrababu Naidu’s appeals for another chance, asserting that Naidu lacks the audacity to seek votes for his past actions, as he has no noteworthy achievements. The Chief Minister accused Naidu of making false promises and assurances, offering a golden future to the people, while lacking moral standing.

In contrast, the Chief Minister highlighted that his government implemented welfare schemes and initiated reforms in various sectors within six months of assuming power, unlike Naidu who neglected welfare schemes during his term and opposed the distribution of house sites to the underprivileged in the CRDA region.

Over the past four years, the government has spent Rs 2.16 lakh crore on various welfare schemes, resulting in transformative changes across multiple sectors.

The Chief Minister appealed to the people, urging them to assess the welfare benefits they have received and stand by the YSRCP in the next elections, emphasising their role as family members in bringing victory to the party. He cautioned the public against being misled by false propaganda propagated by the opposition.
