TPCC President Revanth Reddy said that Nizam became rich after 220 years, but KCR became rich in just nine years.
He asked KCR to explain how he made his 1000s of billions in just a decade. “How can KCR be called a Telangana activist?” Revanth asked citing the financial condition of the families of Che Guevara, Nelson Mandela, Subash Chandra Bose and Mahatma Gandhi.
He also said that freedom fighter Komuram Bheem’s grandson and Chakali Ilamma inherited their respective families’ economic stature. Those people fought for the people leading simple lives. He said that KCR had no footwear before 2001 but today KCR has thousands of billions.
Addressing a gathering at Medchal on Friday, Revanth said that KCR is getting ready to deceive Telangana a third time. He said KCR sent his son IT Minister KT Ramarao to New Delhi as the Centre does not believe KCR. But KTR too deceives others like KCR and doesn’t think about the people.
Giving a call to the people not to get deceived by KCR once again, Revanth asked the public to give a chance to the Congress as Sonia Gandhi fulfilled their dream for a separate state after 60 years.
He said that Sonia gave Telangana even though the Congress lost politically. The people of Telangana must thank Sonia by ensuring the victory of the Congress, he said.
He said that KCR has been trying to bring back the bonded labour system. He said that KCR’s son and after that KCR’s grandson will become CMs after KCR and make the people of Telangana their slaves with votes.
There is a need to make the Congress victorious to ensure the welfare of the poor, Revanth said.
