The development of Telangana is possible only through KCR, State Roads and Buildings Minister Vemula Prashant Reddy said.
He said the people are not in a position to trust the BJP and the Congress. “The Congress was in power 10 years before KCR. What did it do for the farmers and the poor? The people of Telangana know what Congress rule is. They are creating illusions that the Congress has become stronger in Telangana after its Karnataka. It won’t work here,” Vemula said.
He said that the BJP which is in power at the Centre is spreading lies that they are doing everything for Telangana without giving anything. He said the BJP is a party whose name should be ‘Bada Juta Party.’
Starting from the BJP’s President Nadda to the BJP’s mandal president in the state, he said that if they open their mouths they tell only lies, Prashanth said. The Minister asked BJP leaders why Prime Minister Modi is unable to implement the welfare schemes implemented in Telangana by KCR.
He said that the Modi government is discriminating against Telangana and that if projects and funds that should come to Telangana are unfairly transferred to states like Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, BJP MPs here will have a fight on their hands.
People were asked to be cautious about the BJP and the Congress. He reiterated that KCR’s leadership is a blessing from Lord Sri Rama.
Many leaders and youths from Bhimgal, Muchkur and Babapur villages of Bhimgal Mandal in Balkonda Constituency joined the BRS in the presence of Minister Vemula Prashant Reddy in Hyderabad. The Minister cordially invited them into the party by covering them with a pink scarf.
Minister Vemula made it clear that the Balkonda constituency has been developed with the cooperation of Chief Minister KCR and that no one can stop the development of Balkonda.
He said the development that has taken place in Balkonda constituency is visible to everyone. The giant strides in the fields of irrigation, the SSRSP revival, Mission Kakatiya, building check dams, providing 24-hour quality current, BT roads, CC roads, bridges over streams, widening of roads in all mandal centres, central lighting etc has caught the attention of the nation.
He said that while he was struggling to develop his constituency, opposition parties were holding press meetings and making baseless accusations against him.
BRS state leaders Dr Madhu Shekhar, Rajaram Yadav, Bhingal mandal representatives, BRS leaders and others attended the function.
