Minister RK Roja has demanded an unconditional apology from Jana Sena founder K Pawan Kalyan to volunteers for his objectionable comments and warned that people will teach a befitting lesson to Pawan and his adopted ‘father’ Chandrababu Naidu and associates in the forthcoming elections with their vote power. She said that Pawan was parroting the script of Naidu working for the win of Telugu Desam and not for Jana Sena or its alliance BJP.
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Minister for Tourism RK Roja said that Chandrababu Naidu’s adopted son and ‘Irritating Star’ Pawan has been talking heedlessly about volunteers, women, and the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for three days. She said that Volunteers this system treats every family as its own family and provides services like no other state in the country and Volunteers are working to bring the government schemes and services to the people without a single rupee bribe. She predicted that it is clear that Pawan Kalyan and Chandrababu will lose in the 2024 election.
Minister Roja stated that Pawan Kalyan is reading the script given by Chandrababu without any shame and spewing poison on the volunteer system. She recalled in the past, Chandrababu also mocked the volunteers, in the same way, ridiculing the jobs as coolie jobs for a meagre Rs 5000 but now Naidu is vowing to continue the volunteer system understanding what the volunteer system is. She said, “Pawan said that volunteers are doing human trafficking. As a woman, I cannot tolerate this. It is outrageous to say that they go to houses and traffic women illegally. This is all about degrading women.
I am demanding Pawan Kalyan to hold the feet of the volunteers and apologise. Otherwise, the volunteers will solve your case.”
