The results of the APPSC Group-1 Mains examinations have been announced, with 259 candidates qualifying for the interview for a total of 111 posts. Among the selected candidates, 39 were chosen from the sports quota. The APPSC officials have demonstrated their commitment to a timely and transparent selection process by releasing the results within just 34 days of the Group-1 examination.
A total of 5,035 candidates appeared for the mains exam, which took place from June 3 to 10. Out of these candidates, 259 have successfully secured a place in the interview stage. The interviews for the selected candidates are scheduled to commence on August 2.
Throughout the entire Group-1 examination process, APPSC Chairman Gautam Sawang and Secretary J Pradeep Kumar ensured meticulous attention to detail, aiming to maintain fairness and prevent any irregularities or corruption.
The evaluation and scrutiny procedures were conducted transparently, with the use of CC cameras for supervision.
The APPSC’s goal is to complete the recruitment process and appoint the selected candidates by September, following the previously established calendar.
