According to the daily weather report, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are expected to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh over the next four days, and in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh on July 18, 19, and 20.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places or in most places or at one or two places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Yanam over the next five days.
During the past 24 hours, rainfall was observed at a few places along the Coastal Andhra Pradesh region and at one or two places over Rayalaseema. The Southwest monsoon has been weak over both Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema during the same period, as stated in the report.
