Students told to aim high

The students should aim at high goals and participate in the progress of the nation, said Dr GVR Prasada Raju, Vice Chancellor of JNTUK. He was the chief guest at the first graduation ceremony of Usha Rama College of Engineering and Technology on Sunday.

After awarding the degrees to the students, VC of JNTUK Dr Prasadar Rju said that the degree holders should climb higher peaks by pursuing education with values. He aspired to grow up to be the best citizen by constantly learning from the pros and cons of life.

Anil Sunkara, Secretary and Correspondent of Usha Rama College of Engineering and Technology said that they are providing education with the highest standards in their college. He said that they established their educational institution in 2008 and Usha Rama Engineering College got permanent affiliation from JNTUK. He revealed that his college has got a NAK ‘A’ grade and has achieved the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certificate. He said that the college was accorded autonomous status in 2019.

Usharama Principal Dr GVKSV Prasad while addressing the students said “We are the architects of our future and the decisions we take determine the course of our lives”.

Chairman of the College Sunkara Ramabraham, Director Dr K Rajasekhara Rao, college faculty and students were present.
