Industries Minister KT Rama Rao said that without the support of the BRS, nobody can become the Prime Minister after the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Speaking at Pochampally KTR said, “We are going to see a coalition government at the Centre. No one can become the Prime Minister without BRS support. In Telangana, the BRS will win the Assembly election this year. No one needs to have doubts about it.”
Terming the Congress and the BJP as “Delhi slaves,” KTR said there won’t be any development if people vote for these two parties.
He said that while the Modi government under the leadership of the Prime Minister is giving trouble to handloom weavers by selling everything, the Telangana government has bought the bankrupt Pochampally handloom park.
Celebrating the National Handloom Day on Saturday KTR laid the foundation stone for development projects during his visit to Pochampally in Yadadri district along with Minister Jagadish Reddy.
Speaking on the occasion, KTR suggested that the Tirupur Textile Cluster in Tamil Nadu should work for the development of Pochampally weavers. KTR inaugurated the Kala Punarvi Weaving Unit established by Saini Bhagat, an enthusiastic young handloom artist.
KTR said that the government will launch many programmes for the development of handicrafts.
Minister Jagadishwar Reddy said that the government is trying to renovate the Pochampally weaving park and provide large-scale employment to weavers.
