Moinabad Police nab 2 drug sellers, seize 100 kg ganja

Sleuths of Moinabad Police arrested two drug dealers and seized 100 kgs of ganja at Venkatapur village on Friday. While police were patrolling on the information that a tiger was roaming around Mudimyal Reserve Forest, they arrested the buyer and the seller.
While around 5 am, Sub Inspector of Police Kishan Singh and his staff Head Constable Devi Singh, Police Constable Raju, and Home Guard Sattiah, patrolling in the suburbs of Srirama Nagar, Surangal and Venkatapur villages in Moinabad mandal, they got the information of ganja being sold on the premises in a small plot of AMR venture at Surangal village in Moinabad mandal. When the police team went near, they found two people in a suspicious condition.
When they saw the police team they tried to run away, but police detained them. When interrogated by Sub inspector of Police Kishan, one of them said that he was a Rajasthani driver named Bhawar Khan, 37 years. He bought about 100 kg of dry ganja (50 packets) from a person named Manoj from Orissa for Rs 5.5 lakh.
The buyer named Sunil Singh asked Bhawar Khan to come to sell at the AMR venture to hand it over to his brother Nitesh Singh, but police have detained them. Police booked a case under the Sections of 20 (b ) (ii) (c) of NDPS Act-1985 and 120 (b ) of IPC. Bhavan Khan and Nitesh Singh have been arrested and four suspects are absconding.
