Best Kannada film: Charlie 777

At the 69th National Film Awards, Rakshit Shetty’s movie “777 Charlie” took home the Best Kannada Film trophy. At a ceremony, President Droupadi Murmu presented Shetty with the prize on behalf of the team “777 Charlie.” The movie tells the tale of Dharma, a despondent man whose life is in shambles until an abused dog named Charlie comes along and entirely transforms it.
