Union Minister and BJP State President G Kishan Reddy said that 75 percent of women are achieving various awards and recognition irrespective of their fields. The Minister inaugurated and launched the newly built National Skill Training Institute (NSTI) at the Advanced Training Institute (ATI) in Nallakunta, Shivam Road, Hyderabad on Sunday. The institute was built under the Union Ministry of Skill Development.

Union Minister Kishan Reddy said, “I am glad to say that with the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a decision to launch an advanced National Skill Training Institute NSTI for skill development training for young women in Hyderabad, Telangana. During the last ten years of rule, Narendra Modi has undertaken many programs for the upliftment, welfare and empowerment of women. Women are at the forefront in every sector and competitions held in that field such as Defense, IT, security, academics and many more. 75 percent of women are achieving various awards and recognition irrespective of their fields. Today, we have increased the skill development centers for women to 16 and worked hard to aid women to grow on their own. We have taken steps to organise short-term coaching for local women in the National Skill Training Institute, which was inaugurated in Hyderabad on Sunday. We will start women’s sector classes at the institute in the coming days.”
In regards to republic Day celebrations, the Minister said that the Republic Day celebrations at Kartavya Path were celebrated grandly with cultural performances by women artists who were selected as dancers of cultural programs through national level competitions.
This year, the theme of the cultural extravaganza is ‘Nari Shakti’ and 326 women dancers and 1,400 women led dance performances will be selected for the Republic Day celebrations on January 26 from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
