Tackling difficult environmental and social concerns

They formed a joint venture with AP Globale in 2018. Since then, they have concentrated on promoting good change in important national sectors through partnerships with the public, corporate, and private sectors. A leader in impact investing and development finance, administering successful initiatives including Utkrisht, Revere, and Impact, as well as generating capital for impact investors and providing advice to international development finance organizations, they have created the Utkrisht Development Impact Bond, which uses a pay-for-performance strategy to leverage private capital and lower rates of maternal and infant mortality.
“Navi Disha is just another excellent illustration of how we have managed economic expansion while achieving favorable social and environmental results. It was started by Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation with Palladium as part of the City Transformation Office’s ongoing mandate to employ local women to provide sustainable clean sanitation facilities. After a successful trial phase, the idea was successfully expanded to include 40 toilets run by women’s groups, resulting in safe and hygienic sanitation facilities, economic opportunities for women, and environmental sustainability. Other women’s organizations have expressed a great deal of interest in PCMC’s work, and by June 2024, it hopes to expand to 120 community toilets and employ over 1,200 women to oversee over 2,000 seats.”
Furthermore, they have partnered with the Odisha State Road Transport Corporation on the LaccMi project, which intends to provide rural communities with an affordable and accessible green makeover while giving women in these areas employment possibilities as bus conductors! Their proactive involvement in the development of ecosystems which increases the overall sustainability and efficacy of their projects.  “Furthermore, we have recently joined forces with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on the ‘Transforming Agriculture’ project, which seeks to unlock capital for crucial institutional structures and infrastructure in order to catalyze the development of the agri-business ecosystem in the northeastern region. The Odisha Skill Development Authority launched Swakalpa, an initiative that focuses on entrepreneurship skill development and self-employment training. With the help of 100 hours of entrepreneurship skills training, the program hopes to empower 10,000 young people who are ambitious and ensure that women constitute 25% of the group. With a focus on individuals who have received previous skill training inside the state, Swakalpa provides 24 weeks of individualized mentoring to assist in the formation of microbusinesses.”
