KCR cannot be compared with Bapu: Revanth

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said that no one from fomer chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s family made sacrifices for the sake of Telangana. It was constable Kishtaiah who shed his blood for Telangana. Srikanta Chary immolated himself for the cause of Telangana, the Chief Minister said.
He said, “KCR claimed himself as Telangana Bapu. KCR should not be compared with Bapu. In fact, Professor Jayashankar was the Telangana Ideologue. The Telangana society will not forgive us if we do not pay respect to Telangana spirit”.  It may be recalled that KCR’s son KT Ramarao on Sunday in Sircilla described his father KCR as Telangana Bapu. While addressing the employees unions at MCRHRD on Sunday, the Chief Minister alleged that KCR uttered blatant lies that Telangana was achieved without shedding blood.
Stating that it is uncalled for, a political party claimed it only achieved separate Telangana state, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said that the Telangana state was achieved through the struggles and sacrifices by students, employees, and teacher and workers unions.
