VD will play a Rayalaseema rural boy in VD14

Vijay Deverakonda has lately announced two new films, which will be helmed by Rahul Sankrityan and Ravi Kiran Kola. The film, starring Rahul Sankrityan, is set between 1854 and 1878. The freshly unveiled concept poster immediately captured people’s attention. Rahul previously collaborated with Vijay Deverakonda on the movie Taxiwala.
According to the latest reports, Vijay Deverakonda will play a dual character in this film. It is expected that Vijay will appear as a warrior in one of the parts. According to the concept poster, the film is about the legend of a cursed region. VD14 is the tentative title!
In an interview, director Rahul revealed that Vijay will appear in a role as a rural boy for the first time. The actor, who has portrayed mostly city characters up to this point, will take on a new avatar. “You’ll see Vijay in this with an entirely different avatar—as a person from the countryside, namely from Rayalaseema,” said the director.
