Charan Uppalapati, known for his remarkable cinematic vision, is venturing into Hindi cinema with this high-budget extravaganza, featuring a star-studded cast including Kajol, Prabhudeva, Naseeruddin Shah, Jisshu Sengupta, and Aditya Seal. Notably, this film marks the reunion of Kajol and Prabhudeva after 27 years, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.
While there were long-standing rumours about Samyukta Menon’s Bollywood debut, it’s now confirmed that she will be making her entry into Hindi cinema with Maharagni: Queen of Queens, alongside the stellar ensemble cast.
The first schedule of the film has already been completed, and on Tuesday, the makers unveiled the official teaser, offering a glimpse into the action-packed narrative. The teaser sets the tone for the film with Prabhudeva’s grand entrance and Samyukta Menon’s intense pursuit, followed by Kajol’s powerful presence as Maharagni and Naseeruddin Shah’s poignant appeal from a hospital bed. The teaser promises a captivating blend of furious action and compelling storytelling.
Maharagni: Queen of Queens boasts a team of top technicians, including GK Vishnu as cinematographer, Harshavardhan Rameshwar as music composer, and Navin Nooli as editor. With a screenplay by Niranjan Iyengar and Jessica Khurana, Saahi Suresh will handle the visual aesthetics as the production designer.
Director Charan Tej Uppalapati expressed his excitement about the project, highlighting the collaboration with actors and their contributions to bringing the characters to life on screen. Produced by Harman Baweja and Venkata Anish Dorigillu under Baweja Studios and E7 Entertainments, Maharagni: Queen of Queens is set to be a pan-India release, hitting theaters in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
