“Paruvu” tells the story of a young couple, played by Nivetha Pethuraj and Naresh Agastya, who defy societal norms and elope. Their inter-caste relationship creates complexities, leading them on a perilous journey as they evade their families and become entangled in a web of crime.
Honour killing, a sensitive topic, is explored in a thought-provoking manner within the series. Each character’s motivations add layers to the narrative, with the couple’s actions culminating in a significant crime that further complicates their situation.
