YSRCP MP Midhun Reddy has dismissed speculations linking him with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), affirming his commitment to serving the people of Andhra Pradesh. In response to claims made by BJP MLA C Adinarayana Reddy of Jammalamadugu that YSRCP MPs were defecting, Midhun Reddy clarified that he has no intentions of joining any other party. He attributed these rumours to strategic manoeuvres by the BJP to sway YSRCP MPs.
Midhun Reddy, who has been elected to Parliament for the third consecutive time, expressed gratitude to YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the constituents of Rajampet for their unwavering support.
He assured that he will continue advocating for the interests of Andhra Pradesh and supporting government initiatives beneficial to the state and the nation.
Speaking exclusively to Sakshi in New Delhi before assuming office, Midhun Reddy reiterated his loyalty to YSRCP and emphasised his role in strengthening the party under the leadership of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He reaffirmed his dedication to parliamentary duties, promising to work tirelessly for the development of his constituency and the state.
