In a vibrant showcase of cinema and cultural pride, Dr. Bommaku Murali’s India Files held its much-anticipated audio launch at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. Under the banner of Bommaku Creations and the presentation of Bommuku Himamala, this film marks a significant milestone as the first to delve into the theme of cultural DNA in Indian cinema.
The event saw prominent figures from various spheres come together to celebrate this groundbreaking project. Telangana State Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy graced the occasion as the chief guest. In his address, Minister Reddy reflected on his past engagements with the film industry, noting how he had been unable to attend many events due to time constraints. However, he expressed his enthusiasm for India Files and praised its relevance and ambition. He also lauded the film’s lead actor, Addanki Dayakar, for his depth of understanding on social issues, while acknowledging the contributions of other notable personalities like Gaddar and lyricists Chandra Bose and Suchitra Chandra Bose.
Music director MM Keeravani also made a significant appearance at the event, where he spoke about the musical elements of the film. Keeravani, renowned for his work on films like Baahubali, expressed his excitement about composing the soundtrack for India Files, highlighting the quality and depth of the music that he believes will elevate the film.
Dr. Addanki Dayakar, who plays the protagonist, shared his gratitude towards Dr. Murali for offering him the lead role. He emphasised the film’s pan-India aspirations and its aim to spread the concept of cultural DNA to a global audience. Dayakar also praised the collaborative efforts on set, particularly the synergy with fellow actors Suman and Ravi Prakash.
