NTR dist CP visits Durga temple

NTR District Police Commissioner SV Rajasekhar Babu, accompanied by his wife, visited the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam on Indrakeeladri in Vijayawada for darshan of the deity. During their visit, they performed special poojas in honour of the presiding deity.
Executive Officer (EO) of the Durga Temple, KS Rama Rao, extended a warm welcome to the couple and facilitated their darshan of the goddess. Subsequently, Vedic scholars offered their blessings to Commissioner Rajasekhar Babu and his wife at the Veda Ashirvachana Mandapam.
As a token of respect and appreciation, EO Rama Rao presented them with Sesha Vastram (a sacred cloth), Laddu Prasadam (a sweet offering), and a Portrait (a likely commemorative portrait).
