Protect unity and integrity of nation: Collector

NTR District Collector Dr G Srijana has said that people should take responsibility to protect the unity and integrity of the nation and take inspiration from numerous freedom fighters. On the occasion of the 78th Independence Day, people should hoist the Indian national flag at houses, she requested.
As per the call given by the Central and State governments, Har Ghar Tiranga rallies were organised across the NTR district. Besides officials, people’s representatives, students and others enthusiastically participated in the rallies carrying the national flag.
NTR District Collector Dr Srijana inaugurated the Har Ghar Tiranga rally organised by the SRR & CVR Government Degree College at Machavaram on Wednesday.  
Addressing the gathering, Srijana said that people are enjoying freedom because of the sacrifices made by freedom fighters.
