Bhadradri-Kothagudem Collector Jitesh V Patil on Sunday witnessed the sports competitions held at the mini-stadium at the Srinivasa Colony in Paloncha town and appreciated the students taking part in the event.
He advised the students to take part in sports and games events with enthusiasm and show their talent at the district and state level events. He felt the need for their parents and teachers encouraging the students to take part in the games events.
Expressing concern over the students spending more time watching mobile phones and destroying their golden future, he wanted the students to pay attention to the academics and sports and games events.
DCMS chairman Kotwal Srinivasa Rao, Dr Yugandhar Reddy and others took part in the event.
