Must read

The long-standing wish of the devotees of Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy will soon come true. In this regard, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has shared good news. The TTD has taken the initiative to develop the ancient temples in the country, including the Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy temple in Telangana. In this context, the TTD is committed to constructing 100 rooms on the premises of the shrine for the devotees, according to reports.
As part of this effort, the TTD’s engineering officials visited the site near the temple to assess it. Congress leaders have taken advantage of the TTD initiative to criticise the previous government for failing to fulfil its promise to grant Rs 100 crore for the development of the shrine.
Along with the construction of the rooms, temple officials are considering starting Giri Pradakshina in Kondagattu.
Meanwhile, it is said that the Anjaneya Swamy temple on Kondagattu was built over 400 years ago. History states that Anjaneya appeared there as a self-manifested deity. The Anjaneya Swamy temple shines as a jewel for the people of Telangana. However, until now, devotees faced difficulties due to inadequate facilities. Now, with the construction of rooms for devotees, it seems that a long-awaited dream is finally coming true.
The temple became popular with the people of Telangana. Hitherto, the temple has inadequate facilities for the devotees thronging the place.  With the TTD coming forward to build rooms for the benefit of the devotees, the long-felt dream of the devotees is soon going to be fulfilled.
