Be punctual to duties: Collector to doctors

District Collector Hanumanthu K Zendage  on Thursday directed officials to ensure the availability of quality medical services to people. He asked the doctors to be punctual to duties.
On Thursday, the Collector made a surprise inspection at the Community Health Centre in Choutuppal. He stressed that medical staff should be accessible to patients. He visited the wards and spoke with patients.
The Collector emphasised the importance of staff being alert to avoid any inconveniences for the public visiting the hospital and to provide timely medical services. He also instructed that the hospital premises should be kept clean. He reviewed the stock register for medicines and directed that there should be no shortage of medications, requiring immediate action to ensure availability if any shortages were identified.
He asked the doctors to encourage normal deliveries and ordered the swift completion of construction work for the 100-bed facility at the hospital. The Collector also visited the dialysis unit and suggested that the waterplant be moved outside.

Hospital Superintendent Rajagopal, Alivelu, Devender, DC H.S. Chinna Nayak, and other officials were present.
