Must read

MP Kesineni Sivanath, alias Chinni, has emphasised the need to promote entrepreneurship through the initiative ‘One Family – One Industrialist’ with Central funding, particularly focusing on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. He stressed the importance of raising awareness about various government schemes that are designed to assist and develop new entrepreneurs. The MP, along with Jaggaiahpet MLA Sriram Rajagopal (Tataiah), held a meeting with MSME officials from NTR district at NTR Bhavan in Gurunanak Colony on Tuesday. During this meeting, they unveiled the Job Calendar of the AP State Skill Development Corporation for 2024-25.
Following the unveiling of the job calendar, Chinni led a review meeting focusing on the implementation of Central MSME schemes in the Jaggaiahpet, Tiru vuru, Mylavaram, Nandigama, and Vijayawada Assembly constituencies. During his address, Chinni urged the MSME Department to conduct awareness campaigns and programmes across all constituencies. He suggested that successful entrepreneurs who have benefited from MSME schemes be invited to these events to share their experiences, which can serve as practical examples for new entrepreneurs. He also encouraged the officials to guide aspiring entrepreneurs on how to start their own businesses, manage product marketing, secure bank loans, and understand other relevant details. Chinni instructed the MSME officials to organise an awareness campaign in Vijayawada next month.
