Graduates urged to register as voters for upcoming MLC elections

State president of the Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted and Gazetted Officers) Association, KV Siva Reddy, has urged graduates to register as voters on the Andhra Pradesh Chief Electoral Office (AP CEO) website to participate in the upcoming elections for the Krishna-Guntur and East-West Graduate Constituencies. He emphasized the importance of every graduate exercising their voting rights, underscoring the crucial role they play in strengthening democracy.
On Saturday, Siva Reddy visited the Voter Facility Center organized by the APNGGO Association’s West Krishna Unit at the APNGO Home in Gandhinagar, Vijayawada. He interacted with graduates who were registering as voters at the facility.
Speaking to the media, Siva Reddy reminded graduates to complete their registration on the AP CEO website by November 6. He described voting as a powerful means to protect democracy and especially encouraged family members of government employees, including those in Heads of Departments, to register as graduate voters. He also advised graduates to choose capable candidates in the upcoming elections for the Graduate Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs).
APNGGO West Krishna president A Vidyasagar mentioned that the association is providing necessary facilities for graduate voter registration, including the presence of a gazetted officer and free Xerox services. He stressed that even those who are already registered on the electoral rolls should register as graduate voters, as previous graduate votes will not be valid for the upcoming MLC elections.
APNGGO treasurer K Ranga Rao, along with NTR district leaders D Satyana rayana Reddy, P Ramesh, G Ramakrishna, M Nagendra, CVR Prasad, Shaik Nazeerudhin, VV Prasad, Srinivasa Rao, and others, were present at the event.
