Finally, the release date of the much-awaited Thandel film is announced on Tuesday. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film has Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi as the lead pair. Allu Aravind is the presenter, while Bunny Vas is producing it. The film’s story is based on a true incident that happened in Srikakulam district.
The producer Allu Aravind announced that they are releasing the film on February 7. “Initially we wanted to release it on December 20 and then planned on Sankranthi festival, but now, we have decided to release it on February 7,” said Allu Aravind. Both Sai Pallavi and Naga Chaitanya are presented at this release date announcement event.
Few days back the director said that he almost completed the shoot and it is the producers to make an announcement on the release date. Though the makers wanted to release it in December, the Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2 is releasing on December 6. Then they planned it on Sankranthi, but again Ram Charan’s Game Changer and few other films are hitting the screens for the coming Sankranthi. With all the above, Allu Aravind decided to lock February 7 as the release date of Thandel.
