Insiders from the Sardar 2 team shared that Malavika, who already maintains an active lifestyle, is now training twice daily to enhance her stamina and strength. According to sources, “Malavika is giving her all for Sardar 2. Her mornings are filled with strength and endurance workouts, while evenings are dedicated to flexibility exercises like Pilates and yoga.”
In addition to her intensified workouts, Malavika has adjusted her diet to support her fitness goals for the film. The actress has reportedly shifted to a high-protein diet, significantly reducing her intake of carbs and completely avoiding junk food. “She’s always mindful of her diet, so this adjustment is an extra layer of focus for the film,” shared the source.
