Justice Amarnath Goud honoured for resolving over 91,000 cases

Justice T Amarnath Goud, currently serving on the Tripura High Court and formerly a judge of the Telangana High Court, was honoured with the Wonder Book of Records International Certificate by the Governor of Telangana Jishnu Dev Varma. This recognition celebrates his remarkable achievement of adjudicating 91,157 cases between 2017 and 2024, averaging 109 cases per day—the highest number recorded. During his tenure in Telangana, Justice Goud resolved approximately 40% of the court’s pending cases, and in Tripura, he addressed over 65% of the backlog.
