Renowned music director R.P. Patnaik released the highly anticipated first-look poster of the upcoming film Karanam Gari Veedhi, a love and family entertainer set against the picturesque backdrop of a village. Directed by Hemanth and Prasanth, the movie promises to offer a perfect blend of heartfelt family emotions, humour and relatable storytelling. The film stars Kittu Thatikonda, Kashmira, Rohit, Vaishali, Suneel Ravinuthala and Sri Gopichand Konda in key roles. Produced by Adavi Ashok under the South Blockbuster Creations banner, Karanam Gari Veedhi is gearing up for a grand theatrical release soon, bringing fresh talent to the forefront of Tollywood.
At the poster launch event, R.P. Patnaik expressed his excitement about unveiling the film’s first look, calling the poster and title design “fresh” and “promising.” He shared his belief in the importance of new talent in the industry, offering aspiring filmmakers advice to understand and passionately pursue their craft. Producer Adavi Ashok, in his address, thanked R.P. Patnaik for his support in launching the poster and added, “We are excited to present a film that includes all the elements audiences love. We’ll soon bring the movie to theaters for everyone to enjoy.”
Directors Hemanth and Prasanth shared insights into the film’s story. Hemanth described Karanam Gari Veedhi as a “realistic yet entertaining” portrayal inspired by real-life incidents, while Prasanth highlighted the movie’s blend of comedy and family emotions set in a village, hoping it resonates with viewers.
The cast also shared their thoughts on the film. Actor Suneel Ravinuthala, who plays an important role, spoke about the “picturesque village setting” and the meaningful content crafted by the talented directors. Hero Kittu Thatikonda, excited about his role as an auto driver, praised the movie for its beautiful narrative and Vaishali’s standout performance as the second heroine. Hero Rohit expressed happiness about portraying the struggles of a middle-class family in such an entertaining manner, while heroine Vaishali thanked the team for the opportunity to play the lead role. Actor Sri Gopichand Konda added that the film feels like a story from everyone’s real life, with its relatable middle-class village backdrop.
The technical team behind Karanam Gari Veedhi includes editing by Raviteja G., cinematography by Vinod Shiningam and music by Sukumar Pammi. The posters and title design were crafted by Moonlight Designers, with B. Veerababu serving as the PRO.
