West Godavari District Collector Chadalavadi Nagarani has instructed officials to take proactive measures to raise awareness about laws protecting women and girls from atrocities.
Addressing a seminar on , she emphasised the importance of educating women and children on these legal protections to ensure they can effectively benefit from them.
Collector Nagarani highlighted the need for a community-wide effort to tackle sexual assaults, particularly in schools and public spaces. “Children often don’t know how to handle such situations.
