Allu Arjun moves HC in stampede case

Actor Allu Arjun has approached the Telangana High Court in regard to the death of a woman and a boy who was seriously injured in a stampede-like situation during the Pushpa-2 Premiere show at Sandhya Theatre at RTC cross-roads on December 4.
The petition is seeking to quash the case registered against him by the Chikkadpally Police.
The Police have registered a case against Allu Arjun under Sections 105 and 118 of the IPC in connection with this incident.
A case has also been registered against the theatre owners under various sections for not taking security precautions when Allu Arjun arrived at the theatre. Three people have already been arrested.
