Prakasam District Collector A Thameem Ansariya has reiterated that land-related disputes can be resolved through the ongoing Revenue Sadassulu and urged the public to take advantage of this initiative.
The Collector, accompanied by MLA Kandula Narayana Reddy, attended a Revenue Sadassu at Bodapadu village in Markapuram on Thursday. She received petitions, listened to grievances, and assured timely resolutions.
Speaking on the occasion, the Collector stated that, following Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s directives, Revenue Sadassulu are being organised across the district from December 6 to January 8, 2025. A detailed schedule has been prepared, and villagers are informed about the dates in advance.
The Collector emphasised that these conferences aim to provide permanent solutions to land disputes. Each petition is registered online, and receipts are issued. Complex cases requiring additional records and coordination among departments are addressed within 45 days.
She noted that most petitions received on Thursday involved mutation cases, which have been uploaded online for processing. Land survey issues were also raised, and priority is being given to every petition.
MLA Kandula Narayana Reddy highlighted that the initiative aims to expedite resolutions for long-pending disputes.
Later, the Collector inspected the Bodapadu Primary School and visited a housing colony in Markapuram’s Chinna Rayunipalli village to review construction progress. Sub-collector Sahdeet Venkata Trivinag and other officials were present.
