Grievance redressal programme in EG as usual today: DC

The Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) will be held as usual on Monday, district Collector P Prashanthi said in a statement here on Sunday.
She said that the PGRS would be held at district, division and mandal levels as usual on Monday, and directed all the officials concerned to attend the meeting without fail to receive petitions from the public.
The District Collector said that she and the Joint Collector would attend the revenue conference, to be held in Vijayawada by the Revenue Minister on Monday. In their absence, the DRO would receive petitions from the people on Monday in the PGRS programme.
Collector Prashanthi revealed that the officials would take petitions from 10 am to 1 pm on Monday in the Collectorate and appealed to the people to give their petitions to the officials on their grievances.
