Cancer awareness drive by Omega

To commemorate World Cancer Day 2025 under the theme “United by Unique,” Omega Hospital, Guntur, launched a series of impactful initiatives focused on cancer awareness, early detection, and patient support.
Dr. M.G. Nagakishore, Director and Chief Surgical Oncologist at Omega Hospital, Guntur, addressed the occasion and highlighted the hospital’s remarkable journey since its establishment in February 2017. Over the past seven years, Omega Hospital has successfully treated over 1 lakh patients, leveraging a dedicated team of oncologists and advanced technology. Dr. Nagakishore emphasised that the hospital has emerged as a leader in cancer care, offering specialised medical, surgical, and radiation oncology services, along with a unique team of women oncologists. The hospital also boasts a strong team of Medical and Hemato-Oncologists, with expertise in pediatric cancers, leukemia, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and bone marrow transplants (BMT).
