While most BRS leaders are still figuring out their next moves, Kavitha is already on the ground. Over the last fortnight, she was on the go, moving from Nagarkurnool to Siddipet, Sircilla to Mahabubabad, and Nalgonda, meeting karyakartas and supporters, with or without media attention. This isn’t just about optics. She visited a party worker who was beaten up, helped set up a Xerox shop for a follower, and even checked in on a Jagruthi leader nursing a fractured bone. Temples, Weddings, local meetings, small gatherings – she’s showing up where it matters. “We will fight it out in public,” she said after coming out of jail, and she’s proving it with action. While others wait for the tide to turn, Kavitha is making sure she’s seen, heard, and remembered. Reporters shared that she is making time to talk after press meetings with district reporters and also giving her own number to be in touch on peoples issues. This is so unlike leaders – about whose teams, the less said, the better.
