Through strategic initiatives, she contributed to business growth and digital adoption, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to scale effectively. As Head of SMB at SoftwareOne, she is leading teams that worked on cloud adoption, marketing automation and data-driven customer engagement. Her role extended beyond operations to mentoring professionals, encouraging women in technology and marketing to take up leadership positions.
