Tamannaah Bhatia is turning up the heat in the newly released dance number Nasha from the highly anticipated thriller Raid 2. With a pulsing beat and a sizzling performance, the track is already making waves ahead of the film’s theatrical release on May 1.
The actress, known for her captivating screen presence, described Nasha as a track that immediately pulls you in. “There’s something magnetic about Nasha—it’s the kind of track that grabs you from the first beat,” she shared.
Composed by the White Noise Collective, Nasha is a high-energy number that blends pulsating rhythms with a bold, infectious vibe. Lending their voices to the track are powerhouse singers Jasmine Sandlas, Sachet Tandon and Divya Kumar, with lyrics penned by hitmaker Jaani.
Tamannaah adds that it’s not just a song, but an experience. “The rhythm, the energy, the vibe—everything just comes together seamlessly. After the love I received for my last song, I’m excited for audiences to experience this one. It’s bold, it’s infectious and it’s got that undeniable groove,” she said. The actress also shared the music video in collaboration with T-Series Films on Instagram, captioning it, “Ye #Nasha kabhi na utre, har dil ki ek hi @tamannaahspeaks!”—a playful nod to the track’s addictive charm. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid 2 boasts a stellar ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Vaani Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, Saurabh Shukla and Amit Sial. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Krishan Kumar, and presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series. Following the success of the 2018 hit Raid, this sequel is expected to raise the stakes with its gripping narrative and powerful perfor- mances. Aside from Raid 2, Tamannaah is also gearing up for her upcoming release Odela 2, a follow-up to the 2022 Telugu crime thriller Odela Railway Station. In this sequel, she will portray the role of Shivashakti, adding a fresh dimension to the storyline. Directed by Ashok Teja, the film is slated to hit theatres on April 17.
