Aishwarya’s school friends used to call her ‘Rowdy’ as she had the traits of one. She is remembered as a bold and courageous woman.

She would have been celebrating her birthday on May 18 and her friends in India are saddened as she will not be amongst them. Aishwarya was very happy after she received her H1B visa two months ago.

Her schoolmate Sai Vikas describes the last meeting with her, “She had come to India a year back to attend her brother’s marriage and we all went with another friend for the reception. I also have an NGO and she promised to contribute to it and she did so after she joined her job.”

Aishwarya studied at the Narayana Olympiad and completed graduation from a private college. She did her post-graduation in Texas.

She is survived by her father Narsi Reddy, mother and an elder sibling. Her father, who is an advocate in Ranga Reddy District, lost consciousness on Monday morning after hearing the news.

Her friend Sai Vikas requested immediate help to bring her body to India and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao responded by saying, “We will contact her brother and we have assigned a team to work on it.”

At around 9:40 am Vikas received a call from KTR’s team and they asked for passport and Aadhaar card photo to get in touch with the NRI department.

Regarding the fake information about Aishwarya’s fiancé, he said, “She has no fiance as far as we know. He is her friend and these rumours must be stopped. Her friend is still on the ventilator and our friends just visited him.”
