Akhanda 2 heads for Dasara 2025 release

Balakrishna is now a busy actor with many films lined up for him. The actor has just completed the film Daaku Maharaj with Bobby Kolli as director; he has now started shooting for another of his films, Akhanda 2.
This is the sequel to his earlier successful Akhanda, directed by Boyapati Srinu. Interestingly, Boyapati and Balakrishna combination films are huge blockbusters, beginning with Simha, Legend and Akhanda. This is the fourth combination from them and fans expected more from this film. Ram Achand and Gopi Achanta are producing this sequel on their 14Reels Plus banner.
On Wednesday, they announced that the film’s shoot started. “The protector of Dharma will wage a powerful battle. Akhanda2 – Thaandavam shoot begins,” said the makers. The interesting part is that they announced the release date of this film as September 25, on the occasion of Dasara. SS Thaman is providing music for this one.
