Must read

TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu, on Wednesday, came down heavily on the Jagan Mohan Reddy Government stating that the reverse rule had totally destroyed all the systems in the State.

Chandrababu told media persons that the YSRCP government had driven out industries and investors only for commissions due to which there were no employment opportunities.

The TDP chief strongly felt that the State would not progress well unless the YSRCP was chased out of Andhra Pradesh. The future of the youth would be in great danger if the party continued to be in ruling,

Chandrababu pointed out that during five years of the TDP rule, agreements were entered into for Rs 16 lakh crore of which Rs 6 lakh crore had already been invested in the State creating 5.13 lakh jobs.

Pointing out that a Central organisation had already admitted that during the Jagan Mohan Reddy government, the State went down to the 14th position in the country in attracting investments, he said that of the total Rs 13,42,389 Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs) in the country, the State’s share was a mere 0.42 per cent.

Asking as to why film actor Rajinikant was being blamed for no fault of his, Chandrababu Naidu said that the then prime minister, Manmohan Singh, the then US president, Bill Clintor and others had praised Hyderabad.

Chandrababu said that had the development of Amaravathi been completed, the State would have got Rs 2 lakh crore to Rs 5 lakh crore revenue per annum and if Polavaram had been completed every acre would have got irrigation water.
