Allu Arjun in the middle of another controversy again

Must read

Allu Arjun is once again at the center of a social media controversy, this time over a T-shirt he wore featuring a print of legendary comedian Brahmanandam’s face along with the caption “Nellore Pedda Reddy Taluka.”

The shirt has sparked a backlash, particularly from fans of actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan, who have heavily criticised Arjun on social media. Interestingly, the actor has chosen to remain silent on the issue, refraining from commenting or addressing the controversy through any of his social media platforms. The controversy stems from the fact that Pawan Kalyan contested the recent elections from the Pithapuram constituency and won. Since then, his fans and supporters have been using the phrase “Pithapuram MLA Taluka” as a trend, even wearing T-shirts with the slogan. Allu Arjun’s choice to wear a T-shirt with a different caption, “Nellore Pedda Reddy Taluka,” has reportedly offended Pawan Kalyan’s supporters, who believe that Arjun is mocking their trend.

This is not the first time Allu Arjun has found himself embroiled in controversy.

Recently, during the WAVES summit, the actor revealed that his inspiration is his uncle, Chiranjeevi. However, reports indicate that relations between the Allu and Chiranjeevi families have cooled following Allu Arjun’s decision to campaign for YSRCP members in Nandyal. In the past, the actor has also landed in hot water for forgetting the name of the Telangana Chief Minister during a public appearance. To add to his recent string of controversies, Allu Arjun was also arrested in connection with a stampede incident at Sandhya Theatre during the release of Pushpa 2.
